Amber Heard and Jason Momoa are making headlines at the moment but for different reasons.

Momoa and Heard are thought to have got pretty close when they filmed Aquaman together in 2017.
Now that Momoa and his partner Lisa Bonet have split after 16 years, rumors surrounding Momoa's love life have risen.

Momoa was still very close to Bonet, while Heard was reportedly dating Elon Musk, even though they did break up at the beginning of 2018, as detailed by People.
Plus, Momoa and Bonet quietly got married in October 2017, according to NBC News, which was about the same time that he was spending a lot of time with Heard.
Why did Aquaman cut Amber Heard?
Amid Heard's defamation trial with her ex Johnny Depp, a petition calling for DC Warner Bros to drop her from the role of Queen Mera in Aquaman 2 has now surpassed 4.5 million signatures.
The Change.org petition was created by Jeanne Larson in late 2020, following news that Depp, 58, was asked by Warner Bros to step down from his role of Gellert Grindelwald in the Fantastic Beasts franchise.
While the actor has not yet been cut from the franchise, reports suggest her role is to be reduced.
According to Forbes, the number of scenes Heard appears in has been reduced, and everything boils down to no more than 10 minutes of appearance.
What was the outcome of the trial?
On June 1, 2022, the jury reached a final verdict resulting in Depp winning the multi-million defamation trial against Amber Heard.
After six weeks of evidence and roughly 13 hours of deliberation, the verdict arrived.
Depp was not in court at the time of the ruling, and he was awarded $15million in damages.
In addition, he was awarded compensatory damages of $10million and $5million dollars in punitive damages.
Heard was awarded $2million in the final verdict for winning one of her counter-claims against her ex-husband over comments by Depp's lawyer in the Daily Mail.
Closing arguments were given on May 27, 2022, with the trial closing on June 1.
