Actress alleges that her ex used a threesome to justify her betrayals
Actress Demi Moore reveals in her still unpublished autobiography that she regretted having a threesome with her ex-husband, actor Ashton Kutcher, and a person they invited. The website Radar Online released an excerpt from the work called 'Inside Out' in which the artist reports how the practice of the ménage à trois ended up being used as an argument by Kutcher to justify the betrayals that led to the end of their marriage.
Married to Kutcher between 2005 and 2013, Moore tells how she accepted the suggestion of a threesome proposed by her then husband to please him, but she ended up classifying her decision as a mistake. She writes, "I wanted to show him how cool I was and how fun I could be."
Then the actress tells how, in 2010, she saw newspapers and specialized websites reporting how Kutcher would have met a 21-year-old woman during a party at which he attended with Rumer Willis, the actress' eldest daughter. The actor later allegedly cheated on his wife with the woman, taking her to the house he shared with Moore during a business trip for the actress.
When the actress confronted him about the rumor, Kutcher justified citing the practice of a threesome as his defense: “As we had inserted a third person into our relationship, Ashton said that the lines were no longer clear and so it was justifiable to what he had done”.
Moore also accuses her ex-husband of cheating on her in 2011, at the bachelor party of actor Danny Masterson, Kutcher's colleague on the series 'That '70s Show'. She reports having found out about the betrayal on the internet: “I got sick to my stomach”.
An excerpt from the previously revealed book recounts how Moore suffered a miscarriage early on in her marriage to Kutcher, when she was in her sixth month of pregnancy. She tells how what happened made her drink again, blaming herself for the loss of what could have been her fourth child - she has three daughters from her marriage to actor Bruce Willis. In the book, the star also tells how she felt distant from her daughters during this period.
Yesterday a source close to Moore revealed to People magazine how devastated Moore was after her divorce from Kutcher. The contact said: “It did some damage to her self-esteem. Demi was confused about her life and the direction her career was going to take as she got older.”
“This breakup was a nightmare, it took her years to get over it,” she says. “She was always very insecure about their age difference and was devastated that Ashton left her. She blamed herself a lot for the divorce and failed to take care of herself,” she said.
Kutcher has been married since 2015 to actress Mila Kunis, mother of his two children - Wyatt Isabelle Kutcher (4 years old) and Dimitri Portwood Kutcher (2 years old). The actor was approached for comment on both the newly revealed excerpt from the ex's unpublished book and People's allegations, but his publicists and representatives have yet to publicly comment on the reports.
