The Purpose singer, 24, looked distracted, making his way to pray on the same day that ex girlfriend Selena Gomez was reportedly sent to hospital to receive mental health treatment after suffering an 'emotional breakdown.'
Justin wore a pink hoodie and blue-grey pants, rolling into the church venue in his favorite SUV.
His hair was long and shaggy and his jawline was populated with patches of stubble.
He kept his head down while walking from his car into the back entrance of the venue.
The Baby crooner was alone, not seen with fiance Hailey Baldwin.
Justin's concern was clear as he headed insider with friends.
After church pals comforted the star before he headed home in his car alone.
Earlier Wednesday Bieber's former flame Selena Gomez was reported to be in the hospital to deal with her mental health.
The 26-year-old singer has been hospitalized twice in the past two weeks, TMZ has reported.
The first incident occurred at her Studio City home in the last week of September; friends said she was 'despondent and emotional' over her alarmingly low white blood cell count in the wake of her kidney transplant.
She was taken to Cedars-Sinai where she stayed for a number of days, before being released.
According to TMZ she tried to leave the hospital but doctors insisted she couldn't in her condition.
She then 'freaked out' and had 'a meltdown', tearing the IV lines out of her arm.
Selena was then taken to an 'East Coast psychiatric facility,' where she is currently receiving dialectical behavior therapy.
DBT — which Selena has undergone in the past — is used to treat various mental health disorders.
Justin and Selena first dated from 2010 to 2013 and reunited in late 2017.
After his split with Selena, Bieber rekindled his romance with Hailey Baldwin, who he is currently betrothed to wed.
