Margot Robbie shares steamy kiss with her husband as they enjoy romantic getaway

Margot Robbie and her husband Tom Ackerley looked very loved up as they shared a passionate kiss while enjoying a lavish holiday to Puerto Vallarta in Mexico

The 30-year-old Australian actress, who has been married to Tom since 2016, appeared in high spirits as the couple lounged around on a beach before enjoying a passionate moment.

The snaps come as Margot and Tom enjoy a romantic holiday in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico while taking a break from their busy film schedules.

In the snaps obtained of the lovebirds, Margot donned a retro floral bikini as she topped up her tan alongside her husband of five years. She finished off her ensemble with a gorgeous sun hat and simple gold jewellery before later slipping into a pair of white beach trousers.

It appears that Tom couldn't keep his hands off Margot and at one point, jumped on top of Margot as she lay on a sun lounger and planted a romantic kiss on her.

The happy couple were inseparable during their beach getaway and also enjoyed a dip in the ocean as well as a cuddle in the water.

Margot and Tom's romantic holiday came days after she announced on Instagram that she was stepping away from social media for a brief while.

In her announcement, Margot also shared a link to the film and production company that she co-owns alongside Tom as well as pals Sophia Kerr and Josey McNamara.

"Jumping off social media for the time being - check out @luckychapentertainment if you’re interested in what we’re up to, otherwise ciao for now!" she wrote on Instagram.

As well as being relatively private on social media, the Once Upon A Time in Hollywood star has also kept her romance with Tom largely out of the spotlight.

It was previously revealed that Margot met the British assistant film director in 2014 when they were filming the movie Suite Française.

Speaking to Vogue in 2016, Margot recalled that she had always had a crush on her flatmate and couldn't be happier when they gave the relationship a go.

“The idea of relationships made me want to vomit. And then this crept up on me. We were friends for so long," she told the publication.

"I was always in love with him, but I thought, ‘Oh, he would never love me back. Don’t make it weird, Margot.
