She wasn't in the script, and two of them weren't "necessary," but Kaley Cuoco remembers a scene from the second season of 'The Flight Attendant' particularly well.
Although many remember her for her role as her Penny, in The Big Bang Theory, a series that lasted 12 seasons, Kaley Cuoco continues to expand her television reign. We are talking, of course, about The Flight Attendant, an HBO series that returned with its second season on April 22.
In an interview with Jimmy Kimmel, she revealed one of those anecdotes that is well worth watching the new season on its own. It turns out that for this second installment she joins the series the character of her mother, embodied by nothing more and nothing less than a legend like Sharon Stone. At first, by sheer appearance, she already seems like a good casting. However, Ella Cuoco insists that she wanted someone important because they have very strong scenes between the two, going so far as to talk about a heated argument that lasted ten minutes.
While shooting Stone herself, she approached Cuoco and asked if she could touch her face during the scene. Of course, Cuoco said "you're Sharon Stone, do what you want." It turns out that at the end of it, while Stone told her very closely "I like you, but I don't love you very much" she slapped Cuoco, which she reacted as she could. After recovering a bit, assuring that the slap was quite real, Cuoco broke the deathly silence of the film crew stating that everything had gone well.
However, the surprise was even greater when they continued filming, this time two shots in which the foreground was Stone, so it did not make much sense for her to repeat the slap, but she did.
