Meghan Markle was involved in awkward moments related to her visit to the UK, as she mourned the loss of Queen Elizabeth II alongside her husband, Prince Harry, as well as Prince William and Kate Middleton. who accompanied them.
The Duchess of Sussex arrived to greet the crowds at Windsor Castle with her husband, and she held her hand as they exited the vehicle and then put an arm around Harry comfortingly, Page Six reported.
One of the videos leaves evidence that a woman did not want to shake hands with Meghan when she greets the public that she expected to see members of the royal family.
The video of Meghan Markle wanting to keep her flowers
In a video captured by a royal fan outside Windsor Castle on Saturday, Markle is seen holding a bouquet of flowers as a royal attendant approached her to ask if she could remove the gift to make her more comfortable.
But, Meghan wanted to keep the delicate gift and refused her help, telling the aide that she would drop them off herself before turning to face the crowd with the bouquet still in her arms. However, this gesture was misinterpreted by some in a negative way, despite the fact that Harry's wife bent her knee before her collaborator giving a sign of cordiality.
Another attendee then walked over to take the flowers Harry received from a member of the public and then also took Markle's bouquet. The Duchess of Sussex seemed resistant at first, but after the aide appeared to explain the situation, she complied and handed over the flower arrangement.
Several Twitter users surmised that Markle wanted to hold on to the flowers and place them on the fence to take photos.
"She wanted it for the photo but was denied by people who know exactly what she's trying to accomplish," one viewer tweeted, adding, "I'm thinking she gets the money when she places the flowers with the other floral tributes."
Meghan's sweet moment with a fan
As reported by The Sun, in her greeting and meeting with the public that was gathered to see the royal figures, the Duchess of Sussex walked towards a section of the crowd and approached a teenager, who was seen shaking hands to the mouth in a state of astonishment.
To the young woman's surprise, she was able to speak for a few moments with Meghan, and the duchess could be seen consoling her by putting her hand on her shoulder. The girl then said, "Can I give you a hug?" and she saw Meghan nodding, before leaning in and giving her a big hug.
Both Meghan and Harry were with Prince William and Kate Middleton, as they mourned Her Majesty and greeted those present by collecting flowers and other gifts, such as a teddy bear that a child gave William as they approached them.
So this is Meghan Markle trying to shake hands with the British public. She gets ignored, laughed at and humiliated.
