Madonna fans were left baffled and concerned after the pop icon's latest TikTok. The 63-year-old entertainer posted a 13-second clip just before the 2022 Grammy Awards on Sunday that shows her in heavy silver chains and a sheer black top with her blonde hair in four braids.
Her post featured a close-up of her face and large pink lips. The video of her only showed her leaning back and forth in front of the camera. While the singer doesn't say a word, she zooms in on the camera towards the end of the video. The short snippet also has her song 'Frozen' playing in the background.
The song had been trending on TikTok and it seems Madonna decided to jump on the trending bandwagon and created a video using it. While the song impressed everyone, Madonna's latest video apparently didn't.
Confused followers of hers couldn't help but comment on her strange TikTok, with many wondering why the Queen of Pop would post something so random.
Someone wrote that the clip was "completely disturbing." Another commented: “Great! How am I supposed to close my eyes and fall asleep now!?”
"This honestly scared me, I'm not going to lie," chimed in a fan. "I'm just going to remember how fabulous she was in the 90's. She was an icon," said one user.
Another fan noted: "I love Madonna since she was little...big fan...love her...but this is a hard step...what has she done to herself?"
Apparently, Madonna had used a filter for the video and therefore her face looked more than unusual, Hitc.com's Prerna Nambiar reported. tabs seem to fail. This only happens when a user has applied a filter and has been recording using it."
This is not news to the Material girl star, who has recently been sharing revealing photos via social media and many followers have speculated that the snaps of her are heavily edited and Photoshopped.
