During an interview, Kate Winslet reveals the support that her children give her when they see 'Eternal Radiance of a Mind Without Memories'
Without a doubt, becoming a movie star changes a lot of things in your life, but it makes it a less difficult task to make your kids think you're cool. However, she commented that Eternal Radiance of a Spotless Mind is a favorite of her descendants. And that she even reminds him of some of her lines. During an interview with People, the famous she indicated that she was surprised at how much two of her children enjoyed said film, which is one of the oldest that she has made.
Mia and Joe love 'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind'. I love it, and I love the soundtrack.” She started to say Winslet. “So I regularly listen from someone's bedroom, Beck at full volume. I'll be like 'That's 'Eternal Sunshine'. So that's kind of amazing."
She commented that her children's enthusiasm for her romantic film gave her a renewed appreciation for her, often telling her about scenes she had forgotten about. “And that generation, there are specific lines of dialogue that they cling to.” She said. “My children and their friends quote me. And they're like, 'You know who said that?' And I say, 'No. Who said that?' And they're like, 'You did it, Mom, like Clementine in 'Eternal Sunshine!' I'm like, 'Oh my gosh, that line (is) amazing. So they hold on to these things that are really fun and certainly unexpected."
Winslet also commented that although her children are not very interested in seeing some of her new movies, they did stress that this is one of her favorites.
