Michael Cole, a former royal correspondent for the BBC, shared his thoughts on the matter in a recent interview with Sky News Australia. He stated that people in the United States were becoming increasingly "impatient" with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
Cole further added that individuals do not appreciate hearing others criticize their families, especially since every family has its share of difficulties. He suggested that disagreements should be resolved internally instead of being aired publicly.
Cole also expressed his opinion that Prince Harry tends to reignite controversy even when there is a chance for reconciliation.
This news follows a recent poll conducted by PR firm Redfield and Wilton which indicates a decline in popularity for both Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. Meghan's popularity has decreased by 31 points, while Prince Harry's has suffered a 37 point loss.
