Prince Harry, who is the younger son of Charles III and appeared in London High Court as part of his case against Associated Newspapers, has caused further controversy by making new claims against the palace. He accused them of withholding information from him about phone hacking, suggesting that they did not want him to bring a claim as it would "open a can of worms."
It appears that the 74-year-old monarch, his eldest son Prince William, and other senior royals are not impressed by Harry's recent actions. They have seemingly snubbed him for his new book 'Spare', which has caused a lot of controversy. In a witness statement submitted as part of his civil claim against the media group, Prince Harry suggested that he had been "conditioned to accept" his family's rule of "never complain, never explain" when dealing with the press.
Meanwhile, Charles and Camilla have started their first state visit to Germany, which has been partly overshadowed by the postponement of the French leg of their European tour and Harry's arrival in the UK with his latest allegations against the palace. It seems that Prince Harry is not interested in maintaining a good relationship with his UK relatives, as he continues to make new claims that are further worsening an already tense situation.
