"He has destroyed my family," said Thomas, 51, about his sister, 36, for not having invited a large part of his American relatives to his wedding with the grandson of Queen Elizabeth II of England, which will be held on May 19 at Windsor Castle.
"Meghan likes to portray herself as caring and kind to people, but it's not any of those things with her family," said Thomas, who shares a father with Meghan, who starred on the hit series TV Suits. "She has forgotten her roots and her family. Maybe she is ashamed of her normal American family because we are not producers," he told the British tabloid.
Thomas Markle commented that he read that her sister wants to "be like the Diana of Wales", something that he, in his opinion, he is not going to achieve because "she is not authentic like Diana was".

The two brothers were very close between 2009 and 2011, according to Thomas, but since she moved to Toronto (Canada) they stopped having a relationship.
"I haven't seen her since 2011," said the American, who was arrested earlier this year for a domestic violence altercation with her fiancée, Darlene Blount, 37, although he was later released without charge. Regarding this incident, he affirmed that "all families fight" and that, precisely, Prince Enrique "has not been perfect in the past."
Thomas came to Meghan's defense when another of her sisters, Samantha Markle, 53, accused her in October last year of having ambitions to become a member of the royal family before meeting Prince Harry. "I tried to defend her from Samantha's attacks. I hoped she would appreciate it but it didn't seem to mean anything to her," she lamented.
