She was present at the Hippodrome Theater in Baltimore to witness Rock's historic performance, which was the streaming service's first live global streaming event.
Sources told Page Six that Gavankar was watching the show in the VIP Green Room with her good friend Dave Chapelle when she was seen laughing and enjoying the performance.
During his set, Rock made jokes about Meghan and her husband's Oprah Winfrey interview, where they discussed an unknown royal who had raised concerns about their son Archie's skin color. Rock called it "in-law s—t" and referred to the royal family as the "OGs of racism."
Gavankar was among a host of celebrities at the show, including director Spike Lee, Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott, and actors Arsenio Hall and Leslie Jones. Rock had performed similar material at previous shows, including at Radio City Music Hall in October, so Gavankar knew what to expect.
