III, has made it clear that he has no regrets about the claims and allegations
he made during his interviews.
In fact, he believes that he is performing 'an act of service' for others by sharing stories about his life. During a conversation with Dr. Gabor Maté, Harry issued a warning to his father and brother and emphasized the importance of encouraging people to acknowledge what has happened to them.
Harry also spoke at length about mental health and how he wants to encourage others to speak openly about their past experiences. The focus of his discussion with Maté was about "living with loss and the importance of personal healing."
