Cuoco, who is best known for her role on "The Big Bang Theory", revealed that as she's gotten older, she's learned what works best for her. Even when they first met and fell in love, she and Cook both valued their independence and personal space.
"We actually like our own lives and our own couches," Cuoco shared. "We didn't want to move in together right away, and we both enjoy our alone time. But even though we're living apart, we're always together."
The couple, who tied the knot on June 30, 2018, have been together for almost four years, but have never lived under the same roof. However, they're currently building a house together, and plan to eventually live together in the same space.
Cuoco admitted that their living situation may seem unconventional, but it works for them. She also joked that people who judge their arrangement are just jealous, and if they had the same opportunity, they would take it too.
"At the end of the day, Karl and I have the best relationship," she said. "We're so happy together, and we support each other in everything we do. He lets me be me, and I let him be him. That's what makes it work."
