In a conversation with Fox News Digital, royal commentator Shannon Felton Spence discussed the closeness that existed between the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the Duke of Sussex before their fall-out.
She revealed that Harry used to accompany Kate and William on several public occasions before he stepped down as a working royal and made several attacks against his own family.
Spence further stated that "Kate, William and Harry were very close. Catherine wants to mend the relationship between the brothers".
She emphasized that Kate understands the pain of estrangement from loved ones and is doing her best to facilitate a reconciliation between the two brothers.
While Kate may not be publicly urging everyone to work things out, she is reportedly using her influence within her own home and family to speak with William and their staff about a way forward.
The expert added that everyone involved is hurt, and they all know that this estrangement is not good for anyone in the long run.
