In the letter, Meghan had expressed concern over alleged racist comments made about her son, Prince Archie.
Morgan, a former host of Good Morning Britain, commented on the statement that was shared on Twitter by Omid Scobie.
Morgan pointed out that Meghan and Harry were telling the British press to stop talking about past events, even though they themselves had spent the last three years doing the same thing.
The statement shared by Scobie on Twitter read, "The Duchess of Sussex is going about her life in the present, not thinking about correspondence from two years ago related to conversations from four years ago.
Meghan & Harry tell the British press to ‘stop the exhausting circus that they alone are creating’ by talking about past events.

This comes after they’ve spent the last 3yrs creating an exhausting circus by talking about past events. https://t.co/aSWW6gJzAi
Any suggestion otherwise is false and frankly ridiculous."
Meghan also asked the tabloid media and various royal correspondents to stop creating an "exhausting circus" by talking about past events.
