Despite the couple's romantic gestures and all smiles during the Lakers' celebrity cam, the royal fans were not impressed and slammed the couple for going against their own previous claims about privacy.
As many will recall, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex moved to the US to escape the intense public scrutiny they faced while in the UK.
However, they have since been involved in various public activities such as releasing documentaries, books, and podcasts.
In response to the couple's appearance at the NBA match, one fan sarcastically commented that Meghan and Harry were clearly staying out of the spotlight as they had previously requested.
Another fan questioned why the couple would be on TV after their many claims about privacy. And a third fan even shared a screenshot from a South Park episode that mocked the couple for their many privacy claims.
