Harrold was referring to the couple's recent attacks on the royal family. In a Netflix series and in Prince Harry's memoir "Spare", the couple seemed to blame Prince William and Kate Middleton for their decision to step down as working royals.
Harry's explosive memoir also contained serious allegations against his brother and other members of the British royal family.
There was speculation that King Charles would not invite Harry and Meghan to his coronation after the release of the book. However, the king ultimately decided to invite them because he believed that Harry's absence would be more problematic than his presence.
