US Court Urged to Quickly Respond on Prince Harry's Drug Use Request

A recent motion has been submitted to the DC Federal Court to expedite a response from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CPB) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regarding a request for information on Prince Harry's immigration status.

This request was made in light of allegations that the Duke of Sussex had a history of drug use. The Heritage Foundation's Oversight Project has filed a lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security to obtain this information.

The organization is seeking to determine if Prince Harry was given preferential treatment during his immigration process in accordance with U.S. immigration law.

The complaint notes that admission of a drug crime would typically disqualify an individual from entering the U.S., with the exception of a temporary waiver.

The Oversight Project claims that DHS has refused to provide this information, citing Prince Harry's privacy rights, despite the fact that he had publicly acknowledged his drug use in his book.

The organization believes that this lawsuit is necessary to address the media's significant interest in the matter and to ensure that DHS acted appropriately in a high-profile and unusual case.
