In a surprising visit to the Windsor Family Hub on Tuesday, Kate Middleton expressed her admiration for the center, emphasizing its significance as a "lifeline" for families in need of practical and emotional support.
Her visit seemingly suggested that others should consider joining the hub, especially in light of Prince Harry's recent tense testimony.
During her time at the hub, the Princess of Wales highlighted the importance of spaces like this and expressed her desire to learn some stress management tips. She confessed, "I keep driving past, saying I need to see what's going on in there." Subsequently, she participated in a stress management class, where she emphasized the significance of opening up about mental health. One participant shared with Kate, "It's so beneficial for us. If I am mentally disturbed, how can I help my kids?"
In response, Kate acknowledged the valuable tips being learned and encouraged passing them on to children, remarking, "These are amazing tips you are learning, and you can pass them onto your children." She emphasized the importance of sharing emotions in a safe environment, recognizing that everyone experiences and copes with emotions differently.
When Kate asked the group if they felt there was a cultural shift enabling people to freely discuss their emotions, they responded affirmatively, stating, "Yes, definitely."
Following Kate's outing and her involvement in the stress management class, some royal fans playfully suggested that Prince Harry should follow in the Princess's footsteps and seek stress management tips to cope with emotions in a different way.
During her visit, Kate also interacted with children and brought joy to a toddler by presenting a basket of toys. She commended the center's "brilliant" work and engaged in discussions about topics such as breastfeeding, sleep patterns, and weaning.
Furthermore, Kate actively participated in a baby massage session. The group shared laughter when she expressed her delight in seeing a man among the five women present, commenting, "It's great to see a man here."
