Has Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Netflix documentary series Hearts of Invictus been canceled by Netflix?

Prince Harry and Meghan's contract with Netflix has reportedly come to an end. Initially, there were plans for the couple to create a feature-length film for the streaming platform.

However, critics of Harry and Meghan suggest that Netflix has no intention of renewing their contract, especially after the production of the Invictus Games.

Speculation about this decision started circulating shortly after news broke that King Charles was relieved by the couple's signal of a significant change in their approach to Netflix. According to an insider cited by GB News, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will no longer be involved in creating Netflix shows that criticize the royal family or publishing tell-all books.

Recent reports suggest that the couple is considering the idea of a Netflix feature-length film about their life within the palace. The purpose of this film would be to share previously undisclosed details about their experiences in the royal family, which were not covered in their documentary, "Harry & Meghan," or Harry's recently released memoir.

Despite the reported end of their contract, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who signed a lucrative deal with Netflix in 2020, remain enthusiastic about working with the streaming giant.

In a recent Netflix documentary, which has been viewed by millions of people, Prince Harry and Meghan opened up about their wedding and the reasons behind their departure from the United Kingdom.

The timing of this report coincides with the announcement that Prince William's Earthshot Prize has partnered with YouTube to produce content.
