Joe Biden Administration Faces Lawsuit Risk Over Concealing Prince Harry's Records

Joe Biden's Administration is at risk of being sued for concealing Harry's records.  As we reported previously, U.S officials have rejected a request to make Harry's Visa file public, raising questions about his past drug use.Last week, lawyers representing the Heritage Foundation went to court in an attempt to compel the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to expedite their Freedom of Information Act request regarding Harry.

Judge Carl Nichols declined to issue an injunction but urged the U.S government to provide a response to the conservative think tank by Tuesday. However, on Wednesday, the lead attorney for the Heritage Foundation, Samuel Dewey, shared a letter from Jimmy Woolfree, the DHS senior director. In the letter, Woolfree refused to confirm or deny the existence of Harry's papers on file.

"To the extent records exist, this office does not find a public interest in disclosure sufficient to override the subject's privacy interest," he wrote. The merits of releasing Harry's visa application were not discussed during the hearing, requiring the Heritage Foundation to pursue further legal measures to compel the DHS to release the files.

In a furious online statement, Niall Gardner of the Heritage Foundation criticized the decision, stating, "This argument makes no sense but is not surprising coming from the zero transparency Biden Administration. The Department of Homeland Security's efforts to Stonewall the Heritage Foundation's Freedom of Information requests are unacceptable, and we will be contesting their position."

Public frustration is evident as the rules appear to differ for celebrities and alleged VIPs. The same rules should apply to everybody, but unfortunately, different standards exist for the rich and powerful. This is a real problem, and the refusal to release the application indicates that Harry may not have been honest about his drug use on the form. If he had been truthful, there would be no issue in making this information public.

The American public deserves to know, as the same behavior by an ordinary person would not go unnoticed or unpunished. Equality should prevail, regardless of royal status. Allowing Harry to bring drugs into the country simply because he is a prince is not acceptable. In fact, it would be in the best interest of the UK if this information does come to light because if Harry were found ineligible for a U.S visa, he would be forced to return to the UK—an outcome the UK may not desire.

Moreover, allowing Harry's application to be approved after his admission could set a precedent, leading to appeals and potential discrimination lawsuits by others whose visa applications were denied for similar reasons. This could result in a low-level diplomatic crisis. Additionally, there is a significant public interest involved. The allowance of an overprivileged individual into the country, despite confessed behavior that could hinder entry, raises concerns about the fair and consistent application of the law. Those responsible for granting special treatment and attempting to cover it up should be held accountable.

While privacy concerns might apply under normal circumstances, Harry has already divulged the most intimate details of his life, including his s----   activity and drug abuse. Therefore, privacy concerns cannot reasonably be used as a justification, considering that the information being requested is relatively minor compared to what he has already disclosed.

Now, Harry has already admitted to taking many different drugs. So, either he was honest when he filled out the forms and disclosed it, and they still allowed him in, or he did not mention it on the forms, and now, even though they know about it from his own admission, they are not taking any action. Either way, Harry has acknowledged drug abuse, and he is living in the U.S., which they are allowing. You or I would have been denied entry or kicked out.

Let's also discuss how Harry entered the U.S. from Canada. He arrived on Tyler Perry's private jet, and it seems it was a last-minute decision to beat the COVID lockdowns. So, when exactly did Harry apply for his U.S. visa? Because he couldn't enter the U.S. on his Canadian visa, assuming he had one. Did he even have a Canadian visa?

Should Harry have been prevented from entering the U.S. if he couldn't produce his visa? Or was he trying to travel as a UK diplomat, even though he does not represent the UK in any capacity? Is this whole visa situation something he applied for after entering the U.S., which theoretically should not have been allowed, as he should have applied before entering?

Was there someone who facilitated Harry's entry into the U.S., or did he apply months earlier for both Canadian and American visas? Something certainly seems fishy here, but Harry appears overly confident in his travels back and forth from the U.S. Obviously, he doesn't expect any problems.

The public simply wants answers to the drug usage question, which shouldn't violate data protection since Harry has already revealed his past drug use. If Harry was honest on his application, then what is there to worry about in releasing the requested information? The more they try to conceal things, the more people will assume that rules were broken. It would be much easier to present the paperwork and prove whether he lied or not, demonstrating that the rules apply to everyone, regardless of background.

The thing is, there are individuals who have been permanent U.S. citizens for decades. They work, pay taxes, and never even receive a parking ticket, yet they still have to renew their green cards every 10 years. Sometimes, even after submitting all the required paperwork and fees, they have to wait a long time to find out if their green card application was approved. In case of a family crisis, they have to go through the process of obtaining a temporary visa just to leave. So, how is it that Harry can keep traveling back and forth? It seems there are different rules for the rich and famous compared to hard-working individuals.

If a person is suspected of not being honest on an official form, shouldn't the file be released? However, only the final decision should be made public, while the contents of the file remain confidential. There should be no discrimination between the rich and famous and people of lesser status. Everyone should be treated equally, as I thought was a fundamental principle of the United States.

Furthermore, Harry boasts about his popularity and fame as the royal spare, but his comments about his older brother Prince William have been terrible. It's important to remember that William was generous enough to let Harry work with him as a joint heir, but perhaps this decision was not wise after all. Harry was given a platform and a voice, which allowed him to build a dedicated fan base. This may never have happened if the future heir had protected his role more selfishly, similar to how Charles did with his younger siblings.

When Meghan entered the picture, she realized that she already had a platform of followers thanks to Harry. And now they claim they have been subjected to.

The most famous couple in the world at that time, Megan and Harry, also made the assumption that Harry's public platform meant he was going to be king. It seems Megan never truly understood the line of succession. Ironically, it appears that the only person she managed to deceive was Harry.

When the divorce finally hits him, Megan will be the one to suffer the most. We already know how unpredictable and unstable Harry can be. He will likely turn against Megan, and we will hear about what a terrible person she truly was. If she thinks Harry won't turn on her, she has another thing coming.
