He has been criticized for having unrealistic expectations from King Charles, as it is believed that the King will never feel ashamed or regretful. These observations and accusations have been revealed by royal commentator Daniela Elser.
According to an article on News.com.au, Elser began by questioning, "How should His Majesty be expected to handle his persistently troublesome son, Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex?"
She pointed out that over the past few years, the royal family has attempted various approaches to deal with the Duke, including sternness, reprimands, and the affectionate approach of considering him a cherished family member, but none of these have proven successful.
Elser noted, "If there is one lesson to be learned from the 2020s, it is that Harry will always find something to complain about as long as he holds the Sussex title."
She further expressed that if Harry and Meghan, through their Netflix series and Harry's memoir titled "Spare," had hoped that their endeavors would lead to the King and others feeling ashamed and remorseful, and metaphorically seeking forgiveness by embarking on a pilgrimage to Montecito, they would be disappointed.
Even a source close to Spectator, as revealed to Kara Kennedy, stated, "After the coronation, they are simply ignoring Harry and Meghan. It is evident that they have been exiled after all that has transpired."
