Meghan Markle's Ambition: To Be 'Queen of Bolivia' After Meeting President's Son

A recent revelation sheds light on Meghan Markle's long-standing desire for royal status. According to a source, even at the age of 12, well before her marriage to Prince Harry in 2018, the Duchess of Sussex harbored dreams of becoming the 'Queen of Bolivia.'

In an interview with author Tom Bower, an insider who was close to Meghan shares, "Her ambition to attain a royal position was evident from an early age." The source further explains that her frequent involvement in the entertainment industry fueled her aspiration for fame.

The source goes on to reveal an interesting anecdote: "During her school days, Meghan befriended the son of a Bolivian president. For a brief period, she proudly proclaimed, 'I’m going to be Queen of Bolivia.'"

Ninaki Priddy, a friend of Meghan, also chimes in, acknowledging the Duchess's enduring fascination with the Royal Family. She recalls Meghan feeling like royalty during school plays.

Meghan's journey towards royalty took a turn when she met Prince Harry in 2017 through a blind date arranged by a mutual friend. Subsequently, the former actress and Prince Harry welcomed their first child, Archie Harrison, in 2019.
