Prince Harry himself has alluded to the influence of Queen Elizabeth and the monarchy during that period. He mentioned in an interview, "Meg packed up her house, gave up her role in Suits after seven seasons. It was a difficult moment for her because she loved that show, her character, and the entire cast and crew. She also had a deep affection for Canada."
Despite her fondness for the show, Meghan's life there became increasingly challenging, especially on set. Prince Harry revealed that the show's writers faced frustrations because they received advice from the Palace communications team on altering lines of dialogue and directing Meghan's character's actions.
Even Aaron Korsh, the creator of "Suits," weighed in on the matter in a recent conversation with The Hollywood Reporter. He admitted, "[The royal family] did have some input. Not on many things, mind you, but a few instances where we had ideas that we couldn't pursue, and it was somewhat irritating."
These revelations shed light on the complexities Meghan faced as she transitioned from her acting career to becoming a member of the Royal Family.
