Prince Harry Blacklisted by British Property Federation Chairman, Banned from UK Property Purchases

Prince Harry Blacklisted by British Property Federation Chairman, Banned from UK Property Purchases

Under the direction of LSEC CEO Mark Allen, the British Property Federation has made an unexpected move. Their official blacklisting of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle practically prevents the royal couple from acquiring any new UK residences. Essentially, it indicates that Harry and Meghan will not be purchasing any additional UK real estate.

This latest revelation has generated a great deal of discussion and controversy, particularly in light of Prince Harry's alleged desire to return to his former life in Britain. Some speculate that Harry may have made this choice strategically in an effort to get back in touch with his family.

However, PR expert Kion Alby has thrown an intriguing twist into the mix. According to him, this potential property purchase or even the mere speculation of it might be a deliberate move by Harry and Meghan to maintain their distance from the royal family.

It's akin to a strategic chess game, with this property move playing a vital role. Alby emphasizes the challenge of finding the right balance between personal freedom and staying connected to the royal institution that has played a significant role in their lives. Yet, it seems that achieving this balance remains elusive for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

The ongoing rift within the royal family continues to widen, and this latest property-related development adds further fuel to the fire. Another PR expert, Matt Yanovski, offers a different perspective. He believes that this move, or even the speculation of it, will generate extensive press coverage for Harry and Meghan. They are well aware that acquiring a house in the UK will keep the rumors and speculations alive, ensuring they stay relevant in the public eye. It's a bold and calculated strategy that firmly keeps them in the spotlight.

However, the speculation isn't limited to property matters. It is deeply entwined with family dynamics. Will Harry use this geographical closeness to his estranged father and brother as an opportunity to mend fences? Some suggest he might, especially since his children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, are far from their extended family.

However, one Royal expert, Richard Fitz William, casts doubt on the idea of Meghan returning to the UK. He believes it's unlikely, and the same applies to Archie and Lily. On the other hand, Harry finds himself in a complex situation. He has serious concerns about security, which are intertwined with an ongoing case against the Home Office, indicating he might not be ready to call the UK home anytime soon. Even a request to stay at Windsor Castle was reportedly denied by the King himself.

It seems that the doors are closing on Harry and Meghan in the UK, leaving them in a precarious position. Meanwhile, Lady Glaner, a friend of Queen Elizabeth II, extends her sympathies to Meghan Markle for her naivety when she entered the royal family.

In a conversation with broadcaster Charles Brandr at the Barnes Book Fair, Lady Glaner stated that Meghan had little idea of the expectations placed upon her. She believed that Meghan may have initially thought it was akin to being just another actress, perhaps unaware of the dedication and diplomacy it entailed.

Lady Glaner shared her long-time admiration for Princess Margaret, the Queen's younger sister, and spoke of the less glamorous, often challenging aspects of royal duties, which involve engaging with countless individuals, attempting to convey interesting and pleasant conversation.
