Princess Eugenie Seeks Princess Kate Middleton's Guidance in Mastering the Art of Motherhood

Princess Eugenie recently had a direct discussion about the understandable difficulties of parenting. Princess Eugenie discussed her parenting experiences in an appearance on Cakeathon's "White Wine Question Time," which was made public on Friday. The episode covered a wide range of subjects, including the inspiring women in her life and sleepless nights with kids.

Princess Eugenie, 33, shared her motherhood wisdom and praised her two children, calling them amazing. She mentioned that her son, August, is a "firecracker" who listens to her, although she's not entirely sure why. Her other son, Ernie, is always smiling, making them both "really easy, great boys."

When asked about sleepless nights with her sons, August (2) and Ernest (5 months), Eugenie humorously admitted, "If there was a sleep Olympics, I think I would win it. I can sleep for Great Britain as a national sport, so I think my boys have got that talent, and they sleep soundly. I hate to say this to all the mothers listening, but they sleep really well." She also acknowledged that while sleep is going well for now, there may be sleep regressions and challenges ahead.

Princess Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, recently celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary and shared never-before-seen moments from their big day in 2018 on Instagram. Eugenie also posted a family photo from a beach day.

During the podcast, Eugenie was asked about the inspiring women in her life. She spoke about her mother, the Duchess of York, and described Queen Elizabeth as "one of the best people in the world." Regarding her sister, Princess Beatrice, Eugenie affectionately said, "She is my big sister. She is a legend. She is annoying when she wants to be, and I'm so annoying to her, but we love each other. Best friends."

Princess Eugenie is currently on maternity leave from her position as the director at Art Gallery Hauser & Wirth. She recently launched the second series of her podcast, "Floodlight," in collaboration with Julia de Boinville, co-founder of the Anti-Slavery Society. This organization was initiated by school friends in 2017.
