Zara Shatters Meghan Markle's Lie with £1M Fashion Contract: Putting the Duchess in Her Place

Zara has seemingly debunked Meghan Markle's claims by securing a £1 million contract with a high-end fashion brand, making a statement of her own. After the cancellation of Meghan's podcast by Spotify following just one season, speculations arose that the Duchess was poised to take on a prominent role as the face of a major fashion deal.

However, those hopes have been quashed, as a spokesperson for the luxury fashion house dismissed the reports as baseless, stating that there had been no contract negotiations or recent contact with Meghan.

Rather than accepting this reality, Meghan's Sussex Squad has taken to social media to blame the British royal family for allegedly damaging her reputation and hindering her access to contracts with high-end fashion brands, even though Meghan has been outside the royal family for three years.

Conversely, Zara Phillips, King Charles's niece, has demonstrated the opposite. She has been a Musto Ambassador for an impressive 16 years, and her past collaborations with Musto are estimated to have generated around £500,000 in revenue, according to analysts. Her current partnerships with other luxury brands, including Rolex and Land Rover, are expected to yield even greater benefits.

The speculation regarding Meghan potentially becoming the face of a high-end fashion brand arose after a Spotify executive referred to Harry and Meghan as "grifters" following the premature termination of their $25 million deal with the streaming giant. Meanwhile, Zara, aged 42, showcased her modeling prowess in the autumn and winter 2023 campaign for outdoor retailer Musto.

The royal looked effortlessly stylish as she posed in key pieces from Musto's lifestyle collection, such as the Marina Long Quilted Jacket and the Marina Primaloft Rain Jacket, retailing at £250 and £220, respectively. Zara, who is married to former rugby player Mike Tindall, proved to be a natural model for the casual clothing, adding yet another feather to her cap.

But modeling isn't the only hidden talent that Zara has recently unveiled. In a recent episode of the podcast "The Good, The Bad, and The Rugby," hosted by Mike Tindall, he admitted that he and Zara are a competitive couple, always striving to outdo each other in various activities.

Mike shared that his wife, Zara, frequently talks about her sprinting career, to which Prince William, another guest on the episode, playfully remarked about its brevity. Zara clarified that it was in hurdles, showcasing another facet of her multi-faceted personality.
