Royal commentator Jennie Bond shared with *OK! Magazine* that Kate's birthdays in recent years have been marred by significant events involving Harry and Meghan. In 2020, the couple's shocking announcement on January 8 to step down from their royal duties cast a shadow over the future Queen’s celebration. Just a few years later, Harry's explosive memoir *Spare* was released in January 2023, further straining relations within the royal family.
To add to the challenges, Kate faced a personal health struggle in 2024 when she was diagnosed with cancer, turning the year into a difficult one for the mother-of-three.
But now, as the Princess of Wales looks ahead, Jennie Bond suggests that Kate’s perspective has shifted, and she’s preparing for her 2025 birthday with a new outlook. “I’m sure Catherine’s new perspective on everything will include her own birthday,” Bond said.
