The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are reportedly considering a trip to the UK to offer their heartfelt congratulations to Princess Beatrice, who recently welcomed her second child, a baby girl.
Royal expert Jennie Bond shared her thoughts with 'The Mirror', speculating that Princess Beatrice has already sent Harry and Meghan a few pictures of her newborn daughter, Athena.
She went on to say, "I don’t think it will rush them to make a visit, but if charity work or business brings Harry to the UK, he might be keen to meet his new cousin."
For those who may not know, Princess Beatrice gave birth to her second daughter, Athena Elizabeth Rose, with her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, on January 22 at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London.
Buckingham Palace officially shared the joyful news with royal fans on January 29, along with a heartwarming photo of the newborn.
A royal spokesperson confirmed that King Charles, Queen Camilla, and other members of the royal family are delighted by the news. The statement also revealed that both Princess Beatrice and Athena are healthy and doing well, with the family enjoying precious moments together, including with Athena’s older siblings, Wolfie and Sienna.
As for Harry, who has expressed a strong desire to bring his family back to the UK, this could be the perfect opportunity to join the royal celebrations, especially after enduring some tough health challenges.
