Prince Harry is facing new controversy due to his association with BetterUp, a mental health and coaching app that has been accused of fostering a “psychologically unsafe place to work.”
The Duke of Sussex, who holds the title of “Chief Impact Officer” at BetterUp, has come under scrutiny after several current and former employees voiced their concerns on Glassdoor about the company’s work environment. Some workers have described the platform as a “toxic train wreck” led by an “elitist club of managers” with “no moral compass.”
An insider, speaking with *In Touch Weekly*, suggested that Harry, who has been an advocate for mental health awareness, is likely aware of the allegations surrounding BetterUp.

Reportedly earning $1.2 million annually for his position, Harry continued, “Whether you’re performing at the highest level, or want to get to the next level, or just want to get started, it’s all about having the specialized resources, preparation, and human connection to back you up — whatever the challenge."
The source further speculated that Harry’s "friends," the higher-ups at BetterUp, have likely briefed him on the company’s side of the story.
