Meghan Markle’s Netflix Storyline SHATTERED by Her Own Brother!

Meghan Markle’s Netflix Storyline SHATTERED by Her Own Brother!

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve probably heard about Meghan’s new Netflix cooking show, With Love, Meghan. You know, the one where she’s trying to rebrand herself as a domestic goddess who’s all about home cooking and family values. Well, someone who actually grew up with her has come forward to set the record straight—and let me tell you, it’s not pretty.

Meghan’s half-brother, Thomas Markle Jr., has just gone public with some bombshell revelations that are blowing holes in Meghan’s carefully constructed narrative faster than you can say “Archewell Foundation.” In an interview with TalkTV, Thomas didn’t hold back, calling out his estranged sister for selling what he described as “malarkey stories” designed specifically to gain sympathy from viewers.

Let’s break down what Meghan claimed in her show versus what her brother says actually happened. In the Netflix series, Meghan painted herself as a latchkey kid who grew up with a lot of fast food and TV tray dinners. She went on about how normal it was in that era, with microwavable kids’ meals, really laying it on thick with this narrative of overcoming humble beginnings.

But Thomas is having none of it. “That’s just another one of the malarkey stories she sold to the royal family for sympathy,” he stated plainly. “We weren’t poor. She didn’t have to rub two nickels together at Sizzler’s salad bar.” Ouch. That’s a direct contradiction to the sob story Meghan’s been peddling. Remember when she made that comment about the Sizzler salad bar during her campaign for paid family leave? Thomas is essentially saying she’s been fabricating hardship narratives for years—and not just since meeting Harry.

What’s particularly damning is Thomas’s statement that “the entire world knows how she treats her family, especially her father, who gave her everything. That’s why nobody’s buying it.” And honestly, can we blame him for speaking out? How many times have we seen Meghan completely disregard the family who raised her while simultaneously claiming to be all about family values?

Let’s not forget that Thomas Markle Sr. paid for Meghan’s education, including expensive private schools, and funded her college experience. He was a successful lighting director who provided a comfortable middle-class upbringing for Meghan—hardly the struggling childhood she seems to imply in her Netflix show.

But the most revealing part of Thomas Jr.’s interview is when he fact-checked Meghan’s claim that cooking was her “love language.” According to her own half-brother, “She didn’t cook anything for anybody ever growing up.” Now, that’s interesting, isn’t it? The entire premise of her Netflix show is built around her supposed lifelong passion for cooking, yet someone who shared a home with her says that’s completely fabricated.

I have to wonder what our beloved Catherine, Princess of Wales, would think of all this. Can you imagine Catherine ever needing to invent struggles or passions that never existed? Of course not. Catherine authentically engages with her causes—whether it’s early childhood development or mental health awareness—without needing to create fictitious backstories for sympathy or attention.

And what about the way Thomas described Meghan’s temperament? He mentioned that “little look”—the Meghan Markle death stare—“like her viper jaw pitches up, and she’s about to strike.” Doesn’t that just confirm what many palace insiders have allegedly said about her behavior behind palace walls? Remember all those reports about staff members quitting because of her difficult attitude? It seems like this behavior pattern has been consistent long before she ever set foot in Kensington Palace.

Thomas also made a pretty brutal prediction about the show’s reception, saying, “Everybody’s going to watch the first episode, and it’ll be the worst critically acclaimed episode of all time. Then, five or six minutes into the second, they’ll probably commit themselves to a psychiatric ward.” Harsh words from a family member, but perhaps there’s some truth there about how manufactured the content feels.

What I find particularly fascinating about this whole situation is the stark contrast between how Meghan presents herself and how those who actually know her describe her. She’s spent years crafting this image of herself as a humanitarian, feminist, loving mother, and wife, but the people who knew her before fame tell a very different story.

Compare this to our working royals. King Charles has spent decades developing genuine environmental initiatives. Queen Camilla has done remarkable work with literacy and domestic violence victims. William and Catherine have been consistent and authentic in their approach to mental health advocacy and early childhood development. None of them needed to create fictional backstories or exaggerate hardships to connect with the causes they champion.

Meanwhile, Harry and Meghan left royal duties claiming they wanted privacy, only to share their most intimate thoughts and family grievances with the world at every opportunity. They claimed they wanted freedom from the constraints of royal life, yet Meghan insists on being addressed as the Duchess of Sussex and corrects people who call her by her maiden name. The hypocrisy is simply staggering.

I have to wonder what poor Harry thinks about all this. Does he ever stop and question the narratives Meghan has fed him about her life? Does he ever miss the genuine bonds he had with his brother, father, and the entire royal institution? Or is he so thoroughly embedded in Meghan’s version of reality that he can’t see the forest for the trees?
