While headlines around the Duchess of Sussex show no signs of slowing down, recent reports suggest Meghan herself may be ready for a pause. According to RadarOnline, sources close to the couple claim that after filming her cameo for Close Personal Friends, Meghan has little desire to return to the entertainment world on a full-time basis.
Instead, insiders say the idea of another pregnancy feels increasingly appealing. One source explained that Meghan is growing weary of trying to make her lifestyle brand succeed or positioning herself as an A-list celebrity. “There’s a strong sense that Meghan is tired of pushing something that just hasn’t been working,” the insider said.
Becoming a mother for the third time, they added, would provide a natural reason to step away from professional pressures while also offering fresh, personal content to share publicly.
However, the possibility of expanding their family could raise questions. Meghan and Prince Harry have often framed their public lives around firm values and clearly stated principles. A third child would seemingly contradict comments Harry made in the past, potentially inviting renewed scrutiny over whether their actions still align with those beliefs.
Notably, Prince Harry addressed family size and environmental responsibility during a 2019 conversation with primatologist Jane Goodall for British Vogue. At the time, he spoke about the urgent need to curb population growth to protect the planet.
“These are things that are happening now,” Harry said. “We’re already living in it. We’re like the frog in the water, and it’s already come to the boil — which is terrifying.”
When discussing children, he acknowledged that his perspective had evolved but emphasized environmental responsibility. When advised about limiting family size, Harry responded clearly: “Two, maximum.”
Whether those views have since changed remains to be seen, but for now, speculation continues around what the next chapter may look like for Meghan — one that could include rest, reflection, and perhaps a growing family.
