Was Virginia Giuffre Telling the Truth? What a Second Epstein Victim Said About Andrew

A second Epstein accuser has publicly supported Virginia Giuffre’s allegations against Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, stating that she believed Giuffre “was telling the truth” about her experiences.

In an interview with The Telegraph, Jess Michaels, a former professional dancer from New York, also raised serious concerns about how the Royal Household allegedly handled accusations linked to Andrew. She claimed that rather than taking decisive action, the institution appeared to shield him despite awareness of potential legal risks.

According to Michaels, officials within the Palace were aware several years ago that Andrew was not only facing reputational concerns but could also become the subject of a criminal investigation. She suggested that, in her view, these warnings were not properly acted upon.

Michaels further criticized what she described as a wider pattern in which powerful figures are protected while victims are left without support. She also reflected on Virginia Giuffre, who died by suicide last year, saying that efforts to defend Andrew ultimately meant her claims were questioned or dismissed. Michaels added that Giuffre did not live to see any formal acknowledgment of her account, which she described as deeply tragic.

She emphasized her belief that Giuffre’s testimony was truthful and said it was painful that, in her view, institutions often prioritize protecting influential individuals over those who allege harm.

In addition, Michaels alleged that she herself spent a night with Andrew at Royal Lodge in Windsor. She also claimed that she was later taken to Buckingham Palace for tea and a tour the following day. Separate reports have previously suggested she was brought to the UK through arrangements involving Jeffrey Epstein and Andrew.

Michaels is now the second woman connected to the Epstein case to publicly support allegations against Andrew following Giuffre’s claims, adding renewed attention to the long-running controversy.
