An anniversary celebrated on the royal family's official Twitter and Instagram accounts with the publication of two photos of Queen Elizabeth II alongside her son. Splendid, the first shot particularly catches the eye since we find the Duke of Cornwall in cute infant. In this adorable black and white family portrait, baby Charles poses in the arms of his mother who, all smiles, holds her little feet in her hand. More recent, the second photo shows a moment of complicity between the mother and her son, both immortalized during a burst of laughter during an official event.
A difficult mother / son relationship
But between the first photo of a caring mom with her baby and the second snapshot between a mother complicit with her son, it's been a bumpy road for Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles.
