Melania Trump, victim of a very, very doubtful April Fool's Day
This Thursday, April 1, Melania Trump was targeted by an April Fool's Day on Twitter, claiming (false) supporting documents that the former First Lady had divorced her husband.
Each April 1st brings with it its wave of more or less amusing April Fools. This Thursday, April 1, Melania Trump paid the price for this tradition, finding herself in spite of herself at the heart of fake news on Twitter. A user of the social network claimed that the former First Lady, now living with her husband in Mar-a-Lago, Florida, had divorced Donald Trump. The tweet is accompanied by documents supposed to prove the pure and final separation between the two former tenants of the White House. However, it is not necessary to have brilliantly succeeded in law studies to understand that this "evidence" is in fact initiated by counterfeiters.
Indeed, the documents posted on Twitter by a certain Skeptical Brotha present several elements demonstrating their improbability: the maiden name of Melania, née Knauss, is inscribed with a single "S" while the press release has nothing the appearance of an official document, the terms mentioned appearing to be a big joke. Among the explanations attributed to Melania Trump, recently victim of cyberbullying on Twitter, we find phrases such as "It's time to pocket the dough before it is seized by creditors or the Department of Justice" or " it was the honor of a lifetime to serve as First Lady and it will be a greater pleasure to see Donald's indictment from a distance "... A schoolboy joke in short, which will have all the same aroused, under the original tweet, some first-degree reactions.
Divorce before summer? The rumor still runs
Now very far from Washington, Melania Trump is regularly the target of the most insistent rumors concerning a possible divorce with Donald Trump, which she has constantly rejected publicly during official representations. However, it seems that the former Slovenian model does not intend to separate from her husband, despite his escapades and his controversial remarks. If observers predict a "divorce before the summer", the main interested party would see in her marriage with the real estate mogul a way to maintain her financial and family stability ... And it is not a forger on Twitter who will contradict her plans.
