Bill Gates and Melinda Gates announced their divorce this Monday, May 3. The tycoon and head of Microsoft, like his still wife, published a joint statement on Twitter in which they communicated the end of their marriage.
The couple have 3 children and their relationship began in 1994.
“After much thought and effort in our relationship, we made the decision to end our marriage. Over the past 27 years, we have raised three amazing children and built a foundation that works around the world so everyone can take healthy action. and productive life, "says the statement.

Bill Gates and Melinda Gates had formed one of the most stable and powerful couples in the technology industry and two years ago they celebrated their silver anniversary without thinking that this pandemic and routine would end a relationship that many believed unbreakable.
