New Claims Caused Prince William and Harry's Relationship Break, Megan Markle Dragged
Historian Robert Lacey has revealed new claims regarding the strained relationship between Prince William and Prince Harry. This is said to be related to Meghan Markle.
The claim about the beginning of the brother-sister relationship is contained in new material in Lacey's book, entitled Battle of Brothers: The Inside Story of a Family in Tumult.
Adapting People, Monday (21/6/2021), Lacey explained that the beginning of the dispute between William and Harry was because of Kate Middleton's husband's doubts about the relationship between his sister and Meghan Markle which he felt was moving too fast.
Although the dispute was between them during Harry and Meghan's wedding in May 2018, their relationship soured again in October 2018 when William heard rumors that Meghan had intimidated senior palace staff.
When William heard the claim, he immediately confronted Harry. It is said that they threw fierce arguments at each other.
That's what made William decide to get Harry and Meghan out of Kensington Palace, where the four of them had previously lived.
"William kicked Harry out," said 'a friend' to Lacey.
Lacey's book depicts a heated confrontation between the two princes, first over the phone and later, William directly asking his sister about the issue of bullying.
"While Harry was adamant in defending his wife, his older brother defended his opinion. Harry hung up the phone angrily, so William went to see him in private for a private talk," reads the book excerpt.
"The fighting between brothers happened, it was fierce and bitter," Lacey adds in her book.
However, when People contacted Kensington Palace representatives, they did not comment on the claims Lacey made in her book.
