Kate Winslet's love scenes with Liam Hemsworth made her teenage daughter very jealous

Kate Winslet has forged enviable bonds with her handsome male co-stars throughout her career. She and Titanic superstar Leonardo DiCaprio are so close, for example, that she reportedly walked Winslet down the aisle at her 2012 wedding.

The Oscar-winning actress hit it off so well with Jobs co-star Michael Fassbender that she thoughtfully surprised Winslet. with a top-of-the-line gift for his 40th birthday. But it could be Winslet's relationship with Liam Hemsworth, with whom she stars in the upcoming period drama The Dressmaker, that gets under her teenage daughter's skin the most.

In the Australian film, Winslet plays the lead role of Ella, a glamorous dressmaker who returns to her small hometown to exact revenge on those who wronged her and reconnect with a handsome farmer played by the actor. Hunger Games stud, who turns out to be 15 years her junior. Her relationship progresses through various love scenes, for which Winslet diligently groomed her 15-year-old daughter Mia, a Hunger Games super-fan.

When I told my daughter I was filming the [love] scene that day, she sputtered, Winslet told BBC's The Only Show earlier this week. I took it out of jealousy.

However, the Oscar winner credited her daughter for helping her with some comprehensive research.

It's only because of her that I know the name of Liam's character in The Hunger Games—I wouldn't have a clue otherwise! she told her during a different interview with This Morning.

However, Mia has found a way to reprimand her mother for making love to the movie theater with the person she likes.

It's quite alarming that [Mia] is closer in age to Liam than I am, Winslet continued. She just pointed it out to me the other day, and I was like, 'Oh, shhh!'

Just because Winslet has 15 years of life and film experience with her co-star doesn't mean she can exactly maintain her composure while she's semi-b@re with him on set.

I felt pretty bad for Liam, the actress shared. He is a sweet boy, but he couldn't stop laughing.

Liam is a lovely, lovely guy, there's a lot of talk about how he looks and he's extremely physically handsome, but he's a fabulous guy and he was really up for playing with the rest of us, Winslet revealed. But my daughter Mia was extremely jealous, as were all of her friends.
