According to reports, Meghan Markle was advised to have 'skin to skin'
contact with her baby daughter Lilibet after giving birth.
Her husband Prince Harry has written about the experience in his memoir 'Spare', detailing how he helped the doctor deliver their daughter by sliding his hands under her back and neck.
Harry cradled his precious newborn for a brief moment, trying to smile at her but admitting he couldn't see anything.
He wanted to greet her and ask where she came from and if it was peaceful there. However, he surrendered Lilibet to Meghan for skin-to-skin contact, as instructed by the nurse.
