The Heat Magazine, citing an inside source as reported by Mirror, states that if a meeting were to take place between King Charles and Prince Harry in London, Meghan Markle wishes to have the opportunity to 'defend' herself.
The source revealed to the publication that Meghan Markle strongly dislikes the idea of not being present to speak up for herself.
Furthermore, the report suggests that Meghan Markle is concerned that Kate Middleton might interfere in the alleged discussions with Prince Harry.
These claims surfaced following the confirmation by the spokesperson for the royal couple based in California that Prince Harry will be traveling to London next month to attend the WellChild Awards.
Having served as the charity's patron for 15 years, Prince Harry will attend the ceremony on September 7, spending time with each award recipient and their families during a special reception.
However, Meghan Markle will not be accompanying Harry on this trip to Britain.
