Levin speculated that their financial struggles may have played a role in this decision. She remarked, "They're going to use them as publicity for themselves. I mean, they have loved Harry, they've been very good, I've been on one with him. And I've spoken to the people who started it, and they felt very strongly he was absolutely right to launch the games."
However, Levin expressed concern that the couple was now shifting the spotlight away from the athletes who should be the central focus of the Invictus Games. She observed, "But now he's turned it into making him more important than he is now... Because they're taking all the spotlight away from them (the athletes)."
This development occurs in the context of Prince Harry's latest Netflix series, "Heart of Invictus," where he explores the stories of wounded military personnel finding healing through competitive sports. The first episode of the TV series is scheduled to premiere on August 30.
