Netflix has delayed the release of Meghan Markle’s much-anticipated series *With Love, Meghan* due to the devastating wildfires ravaging Los Angeles.
Originally set to premiere on January 15, the eight-part cooking and gardening show will now make its debut on March 4.
The delay comes as wildfires have tragically claimed 24 lives, with ongoing relief efforts focused on the affected areas.
Despite speculation surrounding the postponement, sources close to the situation claim that the decision was made by Netflix, not Meghan Markle. A Hollywood insider spoke to *The Daily Beast*, revealing that Meghan and Harry’s production company, Archewell, had no influence over the timing of the release.
"Netflix writes the rules. It's their world, we just get to play in it," the insider stated.
Amid the discussions about the delay, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were spotted volunteering for wildfire relief efforts in Pasadena on January 10. The couple joined local volunteers, worked alongside emergency responders, and met with Pasadena Mayor Victor Gordo.
Harry and Meghan also took the opportunity to serve meals to evacuees who were forced to flee their homes due to the Eaton Fire.
While the delay of *With Love, Meghan* has piqued curiosity, the couple’s active involvement in their community has been met with praise.
