Prince Harry Faces New Challenges After Major Victory in US Visa Case

Prince Harry’s US Visa Battle Continues Despite Public File Release

Prince Harry’s legal troubles regarding his US visa are far from over, even after the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released ‘heavily redacted’ documents to the public.

The controversy stems from allegations by the conservative think tank, The Heritage Foundation, which claims the DHS granted the Duke of Sussex special treatment despite his past drug use—something he openly admitted in his tell-all memoir, Spare.

According to the think tank, US immigration law typically bars applicants with a history of drug use, and providing false information on an application is a criminal offense. While the case had been closed for five months, it was reopened last month, reigniting debate over whether Harry’s entry into the US was lawful.

A federal judge ordered the release of Harry’s immigration records on Tuesday, marking a temporary victory for the prince. The redacted documents did not contain any incriminating details, allowing him to avoid potential deportation—for now.

However, The Heritage Foundation insists the fight isn’t over.

“These documents released, as expected, did not include Prince Harry's immigration application,” said Nile Gardiner, a spokesperson for the organization, in an interview with *GB News*. “These were previously classified files submitted by the Department of Homeland Security to justify their decision not to release Harry’s full immigration records.”

Gardiner affirmed that they will “continue the fight for the full release of Harry’s immigration application,” emphasizing that “no one is above the law.” He argued that the American public deserves to know whether the Duke of Sussex was truthful on his visa application.

The think tank also suggested that the files could still be disclosed if ordered by former President Donald Trump or the current Homeland Security Secretary, stating it’s “only a matter of time.”

As the legal battle drags on, questions surrounding Prince Harry’s US residency remain a hot topic, with critics calling for greater transparency.
