Meghan Markle’s Latest Blunder Exposed After Prince Harry’s Visa Files Released
Meghan Markle is once again under scrutiny, this time for a critical oversight in her trademark application—just as Prince Harry’s US visa battle continues to make headlines.
The Duchess of Sussex, who is currently in the spotlight for her upcoming Netflix series and podcast, has reportedly made another legal misstep related to US patent rules. This latest mistake comes amid ongoing criticism of her lifestyle and cookery series, with some mocking it as being so basic that it caters to those who "need a recipe to make an ice cube."
Royal expert Richard Eden, writing for the *Daily Mail*, highlighted Meghan’s latest trademark trouble, claiming she failed to sign a crucial document in her application for “As Ever.”
“The Trademark Office has requested that she clarify exactly what she means by various items—including ‘spoons serving jams and fruit preserves’—and list all goods and services according to their international class number,” Eden explained.
However, the most significant issue is Meghan’s failure to sign the document, a requirement for proper verification. “Above all else, she must sign the document—without which it will not be properly verified,” he added.
This isn’t the first time Meghan has encountered issues with trademark filings. She previously faced similar setbacks when attempting to trademark *The Tig*, her former lifestyle blog, as well as *Archetypes*, the title of her now-canceled Spotify podcast.
With this latest blunder, critics are questioning whether Meghan is struggling to navigate the business world or simply not paying attention to crucial legal details.
